À fond de train is a show broadcast on UNIS TV about a huge rally on rails that takes place from the Rockies to the Maritimes.

For 3 seasons, users could also go online to take part in the experience by registering their parent-child team for the À fond de train express quiz, a virtual race in 10 stages. Each stage took part in one of the cities showcased on the TV series. Users were invited to answer 30 questions and take on challenges to test their knowledge of the destination of the week.

Points were scored with correct answers and the speed with which they were selected. But players had to be careful! If they didn’t have enough points, they weren’t able to make it to their destination and had to get off at a consolation station…
